Centered on the trinity of “exhibition, performance, and showcase,” the event brings together nearly 180 distinctive ethnic costumes — covering Miao embroidery, Dong brocade, Tibetan robes, Atlas silk, and batik — while also presenting original works by young designers and international fashion fusion pieces, fully mapping the complete path from historical inheritance to fashionable rebirth of ethnic dress.
The gala sets five themed exhibition zones — ethnic costume, ancient-coin cultural creative, land-deed culture, specialty food, and world enterprise — reviewing the exchanges and integration among ethnic groups from multiple angles of craft, heritage relics, folk customs, and international trade. The core performance is arranged in four chapters, using professional runway lighting and sound to create an immersive audiovisual experience where professional models, folk enthusiasts, and young creators share the stage, demonstrating the enduring popular foundation of Chinese traditional culture.
According to the organizer, the Beijing premiere is only the first stop of a series; subsequent showcases will travel to London, Paris, Milan, Sydney, Dubai, and other global first-tier cities, continuously building a cross-border cultural exchange platform.
