Hanfu dances

Hi everyone! 😊
Lately I’m making a lot of researches about Hanfu, but there’s something I still couldn’t really find: good references for Hanfu traditional dances. I’ve searched both on YouTube and Bilibili, but I either found dances that are not really appropriate (because I think you can’t do some moves without not getting stuck in the Hanfu gown) or too much “modernized”.
Do you know some good channels/website in which I can properly study some nice (and possibly traditional) Hanfu dances?

I would recommend the program Dance Millennium, which features a large number of traditional dances.

It is a program of Bilibili last year, which Ling introduced in her previous article https://dev.newhanfu.com/24980.html

I tried searching something on it but the dances are kinda short (just few moves). I would like to search for longer dances, but thanks anyway!

Thank you very much! I think I’m gonna dive in it very soon. 😂

Douyin is probably going to have the most stuff on there! Just keep in mind that everything is going to be slightly modernized in some way—we have no way of actually recording anything that far back in history, only paintings and books to learn off of, and even the most historical dances are going to be our ‘best guess.’
