I found a hanfu in the Honkai: Star Rail
Do you know which dynasty it belongs to?

Im still not the best at identifying, but I think its more just generally inspired by hanfu, and various hanfu pieces than belonging to a specific dynasty. In the second photo, his blazer makes me think of a straight collar beizi, but a modern version, because of the collar. Their outfits are super cool though! Good for cosplays

Ming dynasty, but not traditional design

A work badge with hanfu photo, also as a pendant for the bag.

Is that true?
Last month when I visited the Forbidden City, many Chinese tourists told me that Qing Dynasty dresses are not Hanfu.

It’s a big divide in hanfu community. The “han” in hanfu refers to the “Han” ethnics. Since Qing dynasty was a Manchu ethnics dominated dynasty, the dresses in the Qing royal court are Manchu clothes. Not Han. By the same logic, the Yuan dynasty is also controversial, since it was Mongol dominated. However, there was still Han people in those dynasties, so if you are going for historical and ethnical accuracy, you can find references of han people in those dynasties. Then you can also argue that fashion is inspired by many sources, the Yisan robe in Ming dynasty was inspired from Mongol robes, the Qipao worn by Chinese women in the 1900 are inspired from Qing dynasty Manchu dresses, so…. 😉

Thank you for sharing. So if I consider Qing Dynasty dress as the ethnic minority clothing, is that okay?

Anything is okay aslong as you have arguments to back up your choice 😉
